For Rest of Central Region2 (RCR) and  Outside Central Region (OCR) prices increased by 1.2% and 2.1%  respectively in 3rd quarter 2011, slightly higher than the 1.1% and 1.7%  increase in the previous quarter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prices of landed properties continue to climb, with  semi-detached and terrace houses registered a strong 3.7% &amp;amp; 3.9% increase  respectviely over the previous quarter.
